Andaj, njoftohen të gjithë klilentet që kanë raporte Kreditore – Debitore në këtë shoqeri që të paraqitën në afatin 30 ditor nga data e shpalljes në gazetë.

Based on the law 06/L-016 on commercial companies, specifically article 147 of this law on the reduction of the authorized capital, the Founder issues this notice as follows: We inform all clients that the company “Trofta E Drinit Të Bardhë” SH.P.K. with NUI 810750019 address: BRESTOVIK, PN, Peja, Kosovo, on 19.06.2025 has decided to REDUCE the authorized capital of the company from €210,000 to €10,000.

Na osnovu zakona 06/L-016 o komercijalnim društvima, tačnije člana 147 ovog zakona o smanjenju odobrenog kapitala, Osnivač izdaje sledeće obaveštenje: Obaveštavamo sve klijente da je kompanija „Trofta E Drinit Te Bardhe” SH.P.K. sa NUI 810750019 adresom: BRESTOVIK, PN, Peć, Kosovo, dana 19.06.2025. godine odlučila da SMANJI odobreni kapital kompanije sa 210.000 € na 10.000 €.
